Born from years of research into the chemistry of water and its impact on coffee brewing, APAX LAB was founded in 2024 to bridge the gap between competition-level precision and everyday usability. The mineral concentrates are made of demineralized water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.
How to use: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee.
