Return Policy

All sales made through Rikka Fika’s online store or cafe are final. Due to the small scale of our operation and the nature of our products — particularly those subject to food safety considerations — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as explicitly stated below.

Defective Coffee Tool or Electronic Items

If a coffee tool or electronic product (such as kettle or scale) is received with a manufacturing defect, the purchaser must notify Rikka Fika within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. To initiate a claim, the purchaser must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase;
  2. A detailed description of the defect; and
  3. Supporting photographic or video evidence.

Claims must be submitted via email to admin@rikkafika.com. Upon receipt and review of the claim, Rikka Fika reserves the right to determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange. If approved, the defective item must be returned in its original condition before a replacement is issued.

Rikka Fika assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
