Content Capturing Policy

Over the past year, we’ve been grateful to welcome so many talented photographers and content creators who have beautifully captured our space and offerings. We deeply appreciate the love and attention to detail, as aesthetics are an important part of our brand.

While we are so glad to see our vision and creation being appreciated by so many people, we kindly ask for mindfulness while capturing content in our space 

  • Respect staff and guests – Our staff works hard to craft each drink, and our guests makes the effort to come enjoy their time. Please be considerate of their experience, and if any of our staff or guests appear in your content, kindly ask for their permission. While our staff are focused on making each drink with care, they may not always be able to pay attention to how they are being captured and presented online.
  • Keep areas clear – To help keep the pick-up area clear for other guests, please refrain from taking photos right at the pickup counter.
  • Care for our space – We also ask that drinks not be placed on top of books—whether for retail or from our personally curated library—to help preserve them for everyone to enjoy.
  • Commercial shoots – For any commercial shoots, including sponsored contents, in our cafe - please submit request to hello@rikkafika.com prior to the shoot. Any unannounced extensive shoot or setup will not be welcomed.

At this time, we are not collaborating on affiliated content. In a world already full of shiny things trying to capture our attention, we would like to channel our energy in our work.

What matters most to us are the moments—the guests who has taken their journey into specialty coffee with us, and the friendships being formed over time in our cafe. These are some of the reasons we created this space.

At the end of the day, we’re happy for you to capture your cafe experience with us, we just kindly ask for mindfulness and respect of the space and others sharing it.
