ROSE Coffee Roasters was founded in Zurich in 2022 with one clear intention: to roast coffee that makes you stop, think, and taste. The roastery is led by Matt Winton, 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, whose path into coffee took him from repairing helicopters in Australia to brewing on the world competition stage. He is joined by Sierra Yeo, the 2022 UK Brewers Cup Champion.

ROSE works closely with producers who share their commitment to quality and innovation, building long-term partnerships with farmers who are pushing coffee forward. Their role as roasters is to honor the story behind each coffee through careful sourcing, meticulous profiling, and clean execution.

Their coffees reflect what they love most in the cup: sweetness, bright flavors, and balance. Like the flower itself, a rose is simple and familiar, yet layered and complex — something that can be appreciated in passing or studied in depth.
