Join us for a Sibarist workshop exploring the technologies behind their innovative brewing papers and tools.

Sibarist, based in Barcelona, is known for pioneering advanced coffee filter technologies designed to influence flow rate, extraction, and cup clarity in ways that traditional filters cannot.

In this session, the team will walk through the different technologies behind Sibarist’s filter papers and tools and how they influence extraction and cup profile. Through demo brewing and discussion, the workshop will explore how understanding your coffee – and applying the right Sibarist technologies – can help shape clarity, texture, and flavor in the cup.

As a bonus, each participant will receive a sample pack of Sibarist filters, making the session feel a bit like a private class that you can continue experimenting with at home.

Note: While the workshop was originally planned to be led by Laura Coe, due to a change in team plans it will now be led by Sibarist co-founder Joaquim.
