Join Leaves Coffee Roasters for a special cupping session exploring the philosophy and craft behind one of Tokyo’s most respected specialty coffee roasteries.

Leaves has gained global attention for its meticulous roasting and pursuit of clarity and precision in the cup. Founder Yasuo Ishii is widely recognized as one of the top competitors out of Japan across both Roasting and Brewers competitions, bringing a deeply thoughtful and holistic approach that considers every stage — from green selection to the final cup.

In this session, the Leaves team will share the history of Leaves Coffee, what they do, and the philosophy behind their work, offering insight into what truly shapes their coffees and the mindset of the world’s top roasters.

Participants will take part in a guided cupping of several top-shelf competition coffees, accompanied by a selection of other standout coffees from Leaves’ current lineup.

As a keepsake from the session, each participant will receive a special Leaves-branded cupping spoon to take home.
