La Cabra Coffee Cupping – Rwanda & the Seasonal Selection

Join La Cabra Coffee Roasters for a guided cupping exploring a selection of coffees from their current seasonal lineup. Originally founded in Aarhus, Denmark, La Cabra has grown from a small Nordic roastery into one of the most respected names in specialty coffee, with cafes now located in cities around the world.
The session will highlight several coffees from Shyira in Rwanda, offering a rare opportunity to taste how different processing methods and varieties shape the cup. We will taste the Shyira Washed, Shyira Yeast, Shyira Anaerobic, and Shyira Geisha, comparing their distinct expressions side by side.
Alongside these, La Cabra will also present a few additional exceptional coffees from their seasonal selection, including a Panama Geisha currently off the menu!
This cupping offers a closer look into La Cabra’s sourcing philosophy and the collaboration with producers behind the coffees they share.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase the featured Rwanda coffees at an exclusive special event discount.
