Tim Wendelboe is a distinguished coffee roastery and espresso bar based in Oslo, Norway, established in 2007. As an early specialty coffee pioneer, Tim’s unwavering commitment to quality and excellence has garnered him prestigious awards, such as the 2004 World Barista Champion and the 2005 World Tasting Champion, and multiple-time Nordic Roaster competition winner.

Besides being one of the earliest adopter of the direct and fair trade practices, in a continuous pursuit of perfection, Tim also dove deep into agricultural science and cultivates his own coffee farm in Colombia, where he meticulously oversees every aspect of production to create the finest beans for his customers, as well as unselfishly sharing his knowledge with partner producers.
