"Green Amber"("青珀") is a signature blend created by Zhao Zhao’s founder Scott, bringing together three teas from different elevations and cultivars, each selected for its distinct character and carefully layered through varying roast levels.

High-elevation Yin Shan brings a light, lifted sweetness and clarity. Mid-elevation Jin Xuan contributes a rounded, caramel-butter richness. Lower-elevation Si Ji Chun forms the floral foundation, adding softness and a gentle, steady aroma. Each component is roasted and blended with intention, resulting in a cup that feels cohesive and balanced.

The texture is smooth and softly creamy, with a clean, returning sweetness. As it opens, gentle layers of warmth and delicate florals unfold, gradually lifting into a bright, sweet peak, offering a journey as if hiking up the beautiful mountains of Taiwan.
