Leaves Coffee is a light-roasting coffee roaster, focused on sweetness and aroma. It has quickly made a name for itself in the coffee world, with founder Yasuo Ishii setting a bold goal - to become the world's roasting champion, and they’re well on their way having earned Tokyo 1st and National 3rd titles in the Japan Roasters Competition.

Despite their competitive spirit, when we visited their Tokyo shop in person, we were met with warmth and hospitality. At Leaves, each coffee is treated with reverence, from luxuriously rare offerings to accessible daily beans, allowing all coffee lovers to partake in the experience.
