Join us in our private studio for a special guided cupping session featuring coffees from MAME, one of the most renowned roasters from Switzerland, founded by World Brewers Cup champions Emi Fukahori and Mathieu Theis.
This is a great opportunity to sample 10 coffees side by side, including 5 exquisite terroir-driven competition-level lots, compared head to head with a handful of fun co-ferment coffees that push the boundaries of flavor.
No experience required! Our team will guide you through the process of cupping – the simple, professional method used worldwide to taste and evaluate coffee – and provide a small tailored booklet to help you capture notes and impressions to take home.
It will also be an enriching session for professionals and enthusiasts alike, with the chance to taste a wide spectrum of expertly roasted coffees, from delicate floral geishas to bold, funky fermentations. This diverse panel offers a unique way to explore today’s coffee landscape and discover the flavor profiles and styles that resonate most with your own preferences.
A few packs of each featured coffee will be available for purchase after the session, and the cupping participants will get first access to these rare beans.
