Founded in 2022 by two-time UK Barista Champion Paul Ross, Special Guests seeks to serve both the daily drinker and the specialty-coffee enthusiast alike, with an unwavering focus on rare, competition-level micro-lots and unusual processes. 

Every coffee is personally selected by Paul Ross, who draws on his barista championship experience and extensive travel to source hidden-gem producers around the world. Operating on a bi-weekly release schedule, Special Guests curates a rotating lineup of distinguished lots from long-term producer relationships, complemented by spontaneous surprise drops that is their "Unscheduled" line — limited, one-off coffees sourced from standout micro-lots and competition-grade selections.
