Champion Matt Winton leads the team at Rose Coffee Roasters that works to showcase their strong relationships they hold with producers and coffee professionals to bring the very best coffee.

Winton, along with fellow Brewer’s Cup champion, Sierra Yeo, bring their competition appetite to everyday consumers, making it a point to highlight the producers and collective team effort needed to produce these special coffees. They proudly roast on a Stronghold S7X and S9X, unlocking the coffee’s nuances by highlighting sweetness, vibrancy, and balance. When you drink Rose, you experience the details and story behind the origin, as well as the transparency just as much as the flavor notes on the bag.
